Leonardo Campaner is an Italian writer, director and editor working between Italy and the United States. Born and raised in Venice, he graduated in 2011 with a B.F.A. degree in Film Production from Chapman University, Orange, California, and in 2014 with a M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Otis College of Art and Design, Los Angeles. He is also a graduate of the Film MFA program at Columbia University and has taught film as an adjunct professor at CUNY Hunter College in New York. His films have screened at many international film festivals, including Palm Springs ShortFest, the St. Louis International Film Festival, the Nashville Film Festival and the Social World Film Festival. Leonardo is also a fiction writer, and is currently working on his first novel.
